Q: How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Domestic orders take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipped. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-21 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q: How long does it take to process my order? 

We are currently processing orders within 1 business day! However, UPS and USPS are taking an extra 2-5 extra days to deliver packages and update tracking. That means standard shipping may take 5-13 business days to arrive.

Q: It's been awhile and my order hasn't arrived? You guys suck!!!

Once we package an order and drop it off at USPS/UPS it is out of our control. The package becomes their responsibility. Packages do get lost at times or get delayed for one reason or the other. Before contacting us and asking us where your order is, understand that all we can do is check your tracking number and tell you exactly what that says. We don't handle the actual delivery of your order; once it's dropped off at the post office, it's beyond our control.

So before going into a rage..did you check the tracking number? Did you contact your local post office and demand more info on where your package is? We're not trying to be "assholes", but there is little we can do on our end when it comes to packages being delivered. Be patient, your package will be delivered. Most domestic packages are delivered within less than 5 business days. 

Now, because we care about you and understand that some packages never arrive, we often times replace your order and ship it to you on our dime because we want to make sure you get what you paid and deserve, even though the mail is the one who lost your order. With that said, we are not the mail office! They have more resources to locate your package than we do! 

Q: I checked the tracking, it states delivered but I don't have it, now what?

If the tracking states delivered there is nothing we can do on our end, period. We have proof that your package was delivered. Your word is not proof. Lots of times, it gets dropped off in the dark part of your front yard, in your lock box or another random place around your house. Best thing is to leave a note for your mail carrier and they can look into it for you; the note should state the tracking number. You have to understand that the postal service cannot scan "DELIVERED" unless it was actually physically delivered; it is illegal to do so otherwise! So, again, if it states delivered, no paypal claim or court room will favor you, sorry!

Q: How do I use my discount code or gift card? 

To apply a gift card or discount code to your order, enter the exact code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” window during checkout and click “Apply” or the arrow to be sure your code gets added to your order.

 Please note that our site only allows one promo code to be used per order.

Q: Can you notify me when a product is in stock?

Yes! As long the product is on the site, we can send you a style-specific notification once it's back in stock. Just click on the particular style & size, then click on "Email or Text When Available" and fill out the form. We'll contact you when it's back in stock. Limited Edition items will not be restocked. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? 

At this time we are unable to process order changes or address changes once an order has been submitted. 

If your order is heading to an address you no longer have access to, please feel free to reach out to us using our "contact us" page and let us know your order number. 

Q: I reached out to customer service and have not heard back?

We appreciate your patience. We generally respond to all inbound within 48 hours. Often we're able to respond within an hour! Every now and then "Gmail" email addresses filter our responses to the 'Promotions' folder. Please be sure to check there! 

Q: I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipment notification? 

Our system automatically sends out order confirmations and shipment notifications once an order is fulfilled. If you did not receive either of these notifications check your "spam" settings. Feel free to contact us and we can update you on your orders progress. We fulfill every order within 1-3 business days. Every customer gets a notification with a "tracking" number.
